The Aquarian Teacher program is the KRI Level One Certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®.

In Level One you will become an Instructor and learn the fundamental principles and practices of Kundalini Yoga. This is a 220 hour course, which includes 180 hours of classroom instruction in a well-defined curriculum. You will develop the skills to instruct students in Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations as taught by Yogi Bhajan. You will practice teaching Kundalini Yoga in a practicum setting, participate in early morning Sadhana (spiritual practice), and as part of the non-residential course requirements, and experience the powerful transformational energy of White Tantric Yoga.

The Aquarian Teacher™ certification program is open both to yoga students ready to become teachers, and those who wish just to immerse themselves in the science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®.

About Sat Siri

Sat Siri is a trailblazing, next generation Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer. She travels the world teaching Kundalini Yoga (in places like Bali, Maui, Mexico and India) and opened the first Kundalini Yoga studio in Sydney, Australia. 

A former ballet dancer with the Australian Ballet, Sat Siri has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over twenty years and teaching Kundalini Yoga for fourteen. She was blessed to complete her Kundalini Yoga teacher training under the guidance of Yogi Bhajan in 2003.

Sat Siri is a teacher of teachers, but her classes are open to all levels - uplifting, challenging and healing at a very deep level. She has a unique ability to anchor the more esoteric qualities of this technology, bringing the tools into practical, everyday life.

She believes it is everyone’s birthright to experience the peace, grace and blessings that awaken with daily Kundalini Yoga and meditation. 

She currently resided in Los Angeles with her exuberant daughter Prem, who is of course her greatest teacher.

About Nirvair Singh Khalsa

Nirvair Singh Khalsa began studying with Yogi Bhajan in 1971. He is a retired University Instructor at the University of Alaska Anchorage where he taught classes in Kundalini Yoga for 31 years. He is a lead trainer, has authored nineteen best selling DVD’s/Videos and four books on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

He has also taught classes, workshops and trainings throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia. Currently he is the CEO and President of The Kundalini Research Institute. He is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 certified teacher trainer. He lives with his wife of 40 years, Nirvair Kaur, in Tesuque New Mexico.

About Dr. Japa K. Khalsa

Dr. Japa K. Khalsa is a yoga teacher, Professional teacher trainer, Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Minister of Sikh Dharma. She lives a highly elevated life with other yogis and Sikhs at 5,200 feet above sea level at the Mother Ashram in Espanola alongside her husband and son, two dogs and a cat. Her work with all her patients and students emphasizes growth and transformation through self care, love and humor.
