Wild Woman One Year Anniversary Workshop
About the event
SATURDAY DECEMBER 9, 4PM-7PM
Join us as we celebrate the one year anniversary of the Wild Woman movement with Moun D'Simone and Rachel Pringle!
Wild Woman is a 3 hour women and femme identified immersive workshop, a safe space where you are guided into a mind-body cathartic experience. With specially curated music and transformational guidance, you are invited to explore all aspects of the feminine nature, connect to your body, let go of limiting beliefs to tap into your inherent wisdom, and remember who you really are.
You will leave this experience feeling inspired and empowered with heart opening + self healing techniques that can be applied anytime, anywhere.
Guided self love meditation, creating an intentional practice + self acceptance
Exploring the most prominent feminine archetypes for an embodied life + expressing what is present
Guided vocal release, unmasking the narratives that have kept you feeling stuck, opening up to who you truly are
Releasing tension stored deep in the body, allowing space to integrate + come into full alignment
Balancing autonomic nervous system + toning vagus nerve input (oxytocin networks)
The discipline of worship, the daily practice

Our vision at wild woman is to unite and ignite our audience. To come back to our core, to our Mother, the innate nature within us.
This is a place for you to recognize your depth. For you to see yourself through the eyes of others, to be able to trust that inner voice.
We are here with awareness that in order to create change in this world it must start with us, with you. Only when we are full, can we serve others fully. When our energy is high and aligned in love, we give others permission to do the same, feel the same. When we truly love who we are, we love our brothers and sisters exactly as they are.
This is The Discipline of Worship.
This platform is a place for women and men to feel inspired through Writing, Poetry, Rituals, Meditations, Art, Photography and Film among others.
The community of people we are creating is constantly evolving. We are having the conversations most people aren't having. Building a space to feel seen and held in your own discovery.
