Expect strong continuous practice, in rhythm with your breath, alignment combined with flow. Come ready to play hard and challenge your practice.
Join master teacher, Noah Mazé, for 5 Master Classes to improve your yoga practice and uplevel your asana game.
Each of these practices will help students further develop their yoga practice and understanding of pose architecture. Stages for all poses will be taught, and each participant will have plenty to challenge themselves while working within healthy boundaries. You will be met right where you are at in your yoga experience and you will go to the next level in a supportive and rigorous practice environment.
Classes are for ALL LEVELS of yogi. Injuries and/or stiffness OK. Complete participation is strongly recommended.
