Illuminated Anatomy: Cruising the Core [5 training hrs]
About the event
A Kula Flow Master Class and Workshop
Class + Workshop: $95 through February 29th // $110 afterward
Master Class 12pm - 2pm | Teachers Workshop 2pm - 5pm
In the 2 hour Kula Flow Master Class, you will gain an experiential understanding of the anatomy that makes up the deepest part of your body and how it relates to both Asana and Pranayama practices.
In this 3 hour workshop, we will deconstruct the sequence of the Master Class, uncover why Vagal Tone is important to your gut health, and explore how you stimulate the Vagus Nerve through traditional bandha, kriya and breathing exercises. As a teacher you will gain a general understanding of how to sequence your classes using the facial lines of the body as a lens, and why it's important as a teacher to think globally and not locally.
***This program can be taken as a standalone intensive or applied as 5 hours toward Wanderlust's 300hr advanced training***
