Clear it Out: Fire Flow + Breathwork + Soundbath
About the event
It’s mid-April, Spring is here, everything is great…right? Maybe. And maybe not. Whatever is going on for you, whatever might be present, this 2 hour experience aims to shake you up from the inside. Step on to the mat to move and sweat through a fiery flow that will create space and strength in the body. After we create the shift, we’ll use Ecstatic Breathwork to dive deeper into the subconscious mind, unwinding and untethering through the prolonged breath rhythm.
The combination of the physical practice and energetic breath work will prime you to receive the healing soundbath that will accompany you as you drift into deep relaxation and integration.
All you have to do is get here. Show up and allow the practices to take you on a journey that will ultimately leave you feeling strong, clear, and rejuvenated.
Erin Ward strives to find out what it means to thrive and how to help others to do the same. Movement, breath, and meditation have evolved as her primary access points to freedom from suffering states of being.
Born and raised on the east coast, Erin defined herself early on as an athlete, spending most of her time on the basketball court, the lacrosse field, and the track. It was when she landed in NYC for college that her world turned upside down. Battling anxiety, Erin was baptized into the yoga practice and never looked back. She took solace in intentional movement and patient, meditative breathing. The yoga practice took her out of the mind chatter and into her body — physically, emotionally, and energetically. From that place of mental rock bottom, through the dedication of practice and perseverance, Erin emerged as a 750hr RYT yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher and a mission to make as big of an impact on the lives of the community as possible.
As a teacher and a writer, Erin looks for the weaving together of philosophy and practicality to foster a safe space for people to come, just as they are, move and breathe through whatever they’re going through, and tap into something bigger than their personal story. In her opinion, the linking of breath and movement is poetry that carries us to a higher state.
Erin leads international retreats and is also one of the teachers for The Class by Taryn Toomey method.
