Anya recognizes that for a lot of people, eating meat simply isn’t an option. Whether they avoid it for health, ethical, environmental, or any other reason, she gets it. She’s been there. Her point is that if you are going to eat meat, do it right: get the highest quality stuff you can and know where it comes from, how it was raised, what it was fed. Treat it as a delicacy, not a default. Having this foundation of high-quality, high-integrity ingredients is at the heart of Anya’s cooking, whether she’s preparing a bright citrus salad or a leg of lamb. Her recipes favor simplicity and showcase the unique flavors and textures of each ingredient, making them equally suited for a weeknight meal or a special occasion.
Group discounts and tickets to complete dinner series also available.
