CBD Yin Flow
About the event
This workshop is designed to enhance your mood, rejuvenate the body and mind, & dive deep into the spiritual aspect of your practice.
Enjoy a blissful, warm, 90 minute slow flow to warm up, followed by a truly calming, mind/body expanding yin experience. Enjoy CBD goodies, refreshments and hang out afterwards to connect with others and ride the yogi high wave.
Prior, during, and after the class we will use CBD infused topical oils and muscle gels to heal any injuries or tightness we may have within the body. We will sip on CBD infused tea blends which has mental and physically healing effects.
CBD + yoga are the perfect fusion with endless healing properties, allowing us to reach a calm and focused mental level so our practice feels more invigorating and deep. CBD helps physical pain, nerve tension, can ease the discomfort of injuries, and is a natural mood lifter and stabilizer. CBD can increase focus, awareness and overall mental clarity.
