Breathwork + Sound With Erin Telford and Sara Auster
About the event
Join Erin Telford and Sara Auster for an afternoon of energy clearing, sacred hygiene and a deeply immersive meditative sound journey. Come as you are. This is a safe and supportive environment to explore self-healing and self-discovery.
You will be guided through an active Breathwork meditation technique that uses the breath to emotionally detox the body. The experience moves stuck energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and grief. You will come home to your body as a safe space, connecting with your energetic blueprint and the wisdom of your intuition. It leaves you feeling lighter, open hearted and with a beautiful natural high.
After Breathwork, you will move into stillness. Sound therapy provides the space for integration, bringing the mind and body into a profound level of peace and inner quiet. Relaxing in the soothing sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong and tuning forks, grounds the process of natural healing.
What To Expect:
- Release of stuck energy
- Lightened emotional burden
- Energetic detox
- Increased clarity and connect to intuition
- Increased creativity and heart opening

- Creation of a powerful self healing state in the body
Event is from 3:00pm- 5:00pm
