About the event

Get a glimpse into the Wanderlust Hollywood 200hr TT and join this public workshop hosted by our training staff.

How do we live an optimal human life?  This is a question that Ayurveda, the Science of Life, seeks to answer. Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, is a system of natural healing that finds its roots in ancient India. It’s yoga in the kitchen, yoga in the bathroom, yoga as a way to grow old gracefully.  In this dynamic, interactive class, you will learn the history and purpose of Ayurveda, 3-Dosha theory (how the 5 elements live in your body), and how to enhance your Prana (Life Vitality).

In addition, you will learn about Dinacharya (Daily Habits) which lies at the very heart of Ayurveda - these are potent lifestyle routines that will deeply align you with nature so you can show up as the best version of yourself. According to Ayurveda, this is where true heath transformation begins.

In addition to lecture, there will be a short asana practice to bring this timeless wisdom alive in your body.  All levels are welcome. Bring your notebooks and your yoga mat.

All Ticket Sales Are Final.
