Attitude of Gratitude
About the event
In this 90-minute workshop, Asal guides the group to tap into a mindset of manifesting and sharing gratitude in order to live happier and more meaningful lives. The workshop starts with a breathing exercise to “unplug” and be present. Together, the group members will take time to write different themed lists of gratitude, followed by an opportunity to share mindful moments to inspire other group participants as well. The workshop will conclude with a meaningful activity focused on human-connection to encourage workshop participants to share their gratitude and kindness with one another through the use of Gratitudegrams. This peaceful, pleasant environment will also heighten other senses through music, essential oils, and incense. We look forward to seeing you there!
Asal Azizoddin is an oncology pharmacist-turned-gratitude thought leader, who is committed to inspiring and teaching people to express gratitude and share kindness with others. While working closely with cancer patients during their journey of battling cancer and practicing her daily moments of gratitude, she learned sharing gratitude with the people around us is at the core of the human experience. Her commitment to inspiring people to share gratitude and kindness is tied to Gratitudegrams — pocket-sized cards used as a tool to encourage people to share their gratitude with other awesome humans. During this 60-minute workshop, Asal will guide us on an exploration of ways to manifest and express gratitude in order to live happier and more meaningful lives. She is looking forward to sharing this experience with you all!
